Choose the container folder

Create a new case folder, import one existing folder directly, or point the app at a parent folder. Files stay on your disk.

Import cases without moving files

Select the folders to register. Nothing is uploaded or renamed. The original structure remains the source of truth.

Find the client

Search by name, unit, or file. Double-click to open the case or document immediately without hunting through Finder.

Open a file from the case

Pick the Emirates ID, the contract, or a cheque from the case folders — not from a Downloads pile.

Capture a signature

Photograph it, draw it, or upload an image. Place it on the page that needs the sign-off.

Keep a signature library

Reuse the office stamp and recent signs. Pin the one the team uses every day.

Mark what matters
